3 Tips to a Better Night’s Sleep

Many demands on teens often mean they don’t get adequate sleep. This public service announcement (PSA) highlights simple changes in a teen’s bedtime routine that will lead to more restful sleep, resulting in reduced stress and better focus.

CTAD teamed up with neighboring drug prevention coalitions to create the PSA series You Determine Your Future shown on monitors throughout DHS & HPHS.
