When school counselors are less available over the summer, our community has a 24/7, anonymous Text-a-Tip line for teens who may need some extra support or who are worried about a friend. When a trusted adult isn’t available, help is always a text away – anytime of the day or night.
Two ways teens can anonymously connect with a professional counselor:

- Download the app “Lake County Help”
Other mental health support lines available to our community include the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Safe2Help Illinois.
District 113, District 112 and District 109 offer dedicated tip lines to address many student concerns.
